FLAT ROOFING

We offer a comprehensive range of systems including Single Ply, Bituminious Felt, Mastic Asphalt, Liquid and Hot Melt.

We hold Approved Installer Status for some of the most highly regarded and market-leading products and systems including but not limited to; Sarnafil, Bauder, Sika Trocal, Langley, MOY, Liquasil, Axter, Sikabit, IKO, Danosa.

METAL ROOFING

Lead, Zinc and Copper metal roofing allows the customisation of roof design based on the versatility and style to be achieved.

Metal roofing offers flexibility and durability, making it an attractive option for both residential and commercial buildings. Ithaca Roofing are one of a limited number of contractors in the UK that hold the Lead Contractors Association (LCA) accreditation and membership.

GREEN ROOFING

Green Roofs deliver a sustainable, environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing solution for many roofs.

They are planted over a waterproofing membrane and provide insulation, habitats for wildlife and will also lower urban air temperatures. We offer a range of green roof choices, including Sedum, Biodiverse, Wildflower and Modular Systems.

ACCESS & SAFETY PROTECTION

All roofs will require accessing at various points throughout their lifespan. This could be for maintenance or to access roof based machinery such as air conditioning units or plant.

To ensure working at height safety there are various installations such as Fall Arrest systems, Access Systems, Walkways and Platforms, Guardrails, Fixed Ladders and Anchor Systems.

SURVEYS & ELECTRONIC LEAK DETECTION

Full roof surveys are offered to ascertain the condition of your roof at any given time. For flat roofing, we also run Electronic Leak Detection Tests.

This non-invasive technology can detect the smallest of leaks in flat roof membranes and felt systems. The apparatus ensures accurate leak detection, enabling effective and efficient repairs.
