Comprising of 47 houses and 5 apartment blocks, this development has created over 200 new homes and has become one of the largest developments in Reading.

Over 6000sqm of flat roofing systems were installed across the five apartment blocks, providing both useable outdoor space for residents and the essential areas required for the running and maintenace of the buildings.

The environmentally friendly natural slate roofing to the houses blends well with the contempary designs and will prove a good choice for longevity and sustainability.
