Creating nine unique properties, this project Is our clients first inhouse development.

Phase one consisted of four new build terraced cottages maximising the use of natural materials throughout to ensure a high standard finish in keeping with the surrounding area.

Phase two was the conversion of three historic listed building dairy barns into three terraced barn conversions. It was paramount that the integrity of the design and build was maintained throughout whilst also ensuring planning compliance was adhered to.
