This new development will provide a 42 bedroom dementia care home, a 77 bedroom nursing Home and also includes the conversion of the existing victorian villa to provide 8 assisted living apartments.

The scale of the project and the programming demands required a meticulous approach and effective execution throughout each stage of this project.
